HOME MORTGAGE DISCLOSURE ACT NOTICE
The HMDA data about our residential mortgage lending are available for
review. The data shows geographic distribution of loans and applications;
ethnicity, race, sex and income of applicants and borrowers; and information
about loan approvals and denials. Inquire regarding the locations where HMDA
data may be inspected.
CONSUMER COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
Any consumer having a complaint regarding a state member bank is invited
to submit it to the Federal Reserve System. The complaint should be
submitted in writing, if possible, and should include the following
a. a description of the act or practice that is thought to be unfair or
deceptive or in violation of existing law or regulation, including all
b. the name and address of the bank that is the subject of the
c. the name and address of the complainant.
