Senior Network Administrator /
Project Manager IS
Sturgeon Bay Financial Center
The Senior Network Administrator/Project Manager will be responsible for
planning and implementing complex Information Technology/Systems tasks and
projects bank-wide and will support Baylake Bank’s Processing and Technology
Department, performing wide range of technical support functions.
Successful candidates will have background in IT with emphasis on network
infrastructure and server support; software and hardware support experience;
excellent analytical and organizational skills; and strong communication and
troubleshooting skills. Bachelor’s degree and 5-10 years’ experience in IT field
preferred; banking experience a plus. Applicants must be team players, have high
level of initiative and maintain confidentiality.

Commercial Banking Officer
Green Bay
Baylake Bank’s Commercial Banking Officers are responsible for developing and
managing sound, profitable and mutually beneficial commercial and agricultural
loan relationships with clients in accordance with Baylake Bank’s policies and
State & Federal regulations. This includes analyzing, structuring, negotiating,
processing and closing valuable commercial loans with minimum risk. In addition,
Commercial Banking Officers are expected to cross-sell additional Baylake Bank
products/services and actively manage client relationships.
Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
and one to three years of commercial lending experience. Other experience to
include established leadership skills, the ability to build collaborative
partnerships and demonstrated success in business development/sales. Promising
candidates will also have advanced problem solving skills, a high level of
integrity, be assertive and results driven. Our Commercial Loan Officers
enthusiastically represent Baylake Bank and the Commercial Banking team in civic
and community events to enhance our reputation and develop additional business.

TELLER - Part-time in Ellison Bay in Northern
Door County
Part-time at Ashwaubenon office
As a Teller in one of our Financial Centers, you will be responsible for
professionally handling customer transactions and promoting sales opportunities
on the teller line.
Requirements include excellent sales and customer service skills, a numerical
aptitude, and the ability to work well within a team unit. Previous cash
handling, customer service and sales experience a must. Hours require
flexibility and include Saturday mornings on a rotating basis
