Church service on Church Island

Bay Lake Fellowship

Have you ever boated to church? Bay Lakers have been going to worship services on the lake for over 40 years. When Northern Pines Mental Health purchased Church Island in 2022 to operate as the Bay Lake Retreat Center, Bay Lake Fellowship formed to continue the tradition of worship services on the island. We thank Northern Pines for supporting the tradition!

Bay Lake Fellowship is a nonprofit, nondenominational, nonpolitical place where friends, family and neighbors are welcome to come and worship. We gather at the outdoor amphitheater on the south side of the island.

Worship services are at 10 a.m. every Sunday from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, weather permitting.

It’s easy to get to the island – drive your boat and tie up at the docks or take advantage of the pontoon shuttle service.

Shuttles start at 9:15 a.m. at 16257 Brighton Point Road.
